Transparent Island Dressing

    Transparent Island Dressing is a new product,which is composed of absorption mat and the special Semi-permeable dressing.It is of good absorbability,can absorb blood and fluid from the wound site and it is of non-adhesion feature.It can be widely used in wound healing and protection and can be used as home necessity.

Features

 1) Transparency:The film is ultra thin and high transparent,so clear observation to surgical

     operation part.
 2) High absorbability: May absorb the tissue fluid quickly and do not adhere to the wound.
 3) Permisslbility: No effect to normal breath of the skin,protection from water building-up under  

      the film,thus reducing infection and providing a germ-free environment for surgical cut.
 4) Water and bacteria proof: keep water,bacteria and dirt out enable you continue with your daily 

      routine (e.g.Shower and bath)
 5) Low sensitivity & moderate viscosity:Non-irritation to the wound to the skin when removing

      the dressing.
 6) High elasticity and ultra-thin:Compliant binding on skin along body curve,hence reliable

      binding. It is comfortable to wear.

Description for use

1) Minor skin abrasion,minor first and second degree burns.Protect the wound site from being 

    contemned and rubbed.Weaken the sensitivity of the nerve endings to reduce the pain. It does

    not stick to the surface of the wound when it is released.Its water-proof function ensures you

    to bathe.
2) Surgical wound protection.You do not have to remove the dressing to observe the wound

    site, therefore it does not irritate the wound and it is of light weight and comfort.

    1) Prepare the wound according to institution protocol.Allow all cleansing solutions and skin 

        protectants to dry completely.
    2) Peel the liner from the dressing,exposing the adhesive surface.
    3) View the site through the film and center the dressing over the wound.Do not stretch the 

        dressing during application.
    4) Slowly remove the frame while smoothing down the dressing edges.Then smooth the entire

        dressing form the center toward the edges using firm pressure to enhance adhesion.

Caution

 1) Sterile,single use only.
 2) Sterile guaranteed unless package is damaged.
 3) It is not designed or intended to replace primary skin closure such as sutures,stop bleeding

     and skin sterile.
 4) The right of the dressing should be selected to ensure it to stick firmly to the skin and tension

     should be avoided to injure the skin.
